Happy 5 years

John and I had our 5th wedding anniversary on June 18th. My in-laws came over and watched the kids while John and I went to a movie. Then on our way home we stopped at the Thai House and got some take out. We got home, hurry and ate, then John had to go to work. I am the luckiest woman to have such an amazing husband. John treats me like a princess everyday. I love you John, thanks for the greatest 5 years of my life! Oh and he bought me the greatest anniversary gift; a new LG steam washer and dryer for our new house - LOVE IT!

Father's Day and John's Birthday

I didn't do a Father's Day post, but I have to say my kiddo's have the most amazing dad. John is seriously the best Father to our kids. He works the graveyard shift, just so he can spend more time with the kids. He's not afraid to change diapers and be "Mr. Mom". I love you babe! John also turned 31 on June 27th. Happy Birthday John!

Hair today... Gone tomorrow

No, my kids don't really have hair that miraculously grew overnight!!! But we sure did have fun with a wig for Ella's build-a-bear. Even John joined in on the fun. I was laughing so hard that my stomach hurt.

Bubbles Bubbles Everywhere

My friend over at Running Away? I'll help you pack is having a Palmolive giveaway and it made me remember this funny story that happened to us.

Great story for you! My sister was catering my mom's company Christmas party and needed some extra help. Of course I went to help and so did my sweet husband, John. Well John was in charge of dishes while my sister cooked and I served the dinner. When I went into the kitchen I noticed that it was REALLY clean! John had cleaned everything so far and had already started a load of dishes. I was 7 months pregnant and was so excited to sit for about 10 minutes while they ate. All of a sudden I look across the room and I see bubbles EVERYWHERE! My sister, John and I all grab bowls and we are trying to keep the bubbles off the floor. It turns out that sweet John couldn't find dishwasher soap, so he used regular dish soap. I had seen this happen in the movies, but I didn't know that this could really happen. I'm telling you bubble were all over the floor. Just writing this is bringing it all back and I'm laughing so hard(tears and all)! Has this ever happened to you?
